Bob Kelly Programs, LLC provides variety of counseling groups addressing the issues of domestic violence and anger management. Current groups offered by Bob are:

  • 12 Week Men's Domestic Violence Group
  • 6 Week Men's Domestic Violence Group
  • One Day Anger and Aggression Group for Men and Women
  • One Day Domestic Violence Group for Women

All programs are being conducted online through Zoom.  More specific information is available by viewing the PROGRAMS panel.  CliCK on the ZOOM tab for installation instructions.

PROGRAMS

Men’s 12 Week Domestic Violence Program
The twelve week program provides information, counseling and guidance to men in order to understand their past behavior and control their future behavior. The program examines physical violence and focuses on the devastating effects of emotional and sexual abuse in intimate relationships. A cognitive behavioral approach is utilized with regard to recognition of escalating behaviors and developing a personal control plan. For more details, click here.

Men’s 6 Week Domestic Violence Program
The six week program provides information and guidance to men in order to understand and control their future behavior. The program examines physical violence and focuses on the devastating effects of emotional and sexual abuse in intimate relationships. A cognitive behavioral approach is utilized with regard to recognition of escalating behaviors and developing a personal control plan. Participation in the six week program is determined by a criminal record check. Any client with a record of previous assaults or recent felony convictions will be required to complete the twelve session program. For more details, click here.

Women's Domestic Abuse Awareness Program The Women's Domestic Abuse Awareness Program provides information, counseling and guidance to women in order to understand their past abusive behavior and control their future behavior. The program examines physical violence and focuses on the devastating effects of emotional and sexual abuse in intimate relationships. Victims issues are also addressed. A cognitive behavioral approach is utilized with regard to recognition of escalating behaviors and developing a personal control plan. For more details, click here.

One Day Anger Management Program
This program provides information and guidance to court referred clients in order to understand and control their future behavior. The program examines the destructive ways in which people express anger. A cognitive based behavioral curriculum is utilized within an interactive group process. Participants will learn anger awareness techniques and develop a personal control plan to use in place of escalating behavior. The program is designed for court mandated probationers and any individual wishing to address their anger issues. For more details, click here.

ZOOM

All meetings will now be conducted online through the Zoom Cloud application. The Zoom app is free and allows for a private, secure video conference room for Bob Kelly Programs groups.

FACILITATORS
Bob Kelly, BA, DAPA has owned Bob Kelly Programs, LLC for over 20 years. Providing group counseling in the areas of domestic violence and anger management, Bob facilitates long and short term programs for both men and women. He also worked as a counselor for the Bridge for Runaway Children and conducted domestic violence groups for the Wilder Foundation. Bob earned his degrees from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls, is a Licensed Social Worker in the State of Minnesota and a Diplomate of the American Psychotherapy Association.
